Terms of use

Terms for families

Last updated: 18 July 2026 · Pilot terms for the public preview. These terms will be reviewed before paid plans or child accounts launch.

In short: IQRA Kids is a learning app for children, set up and controlled by a parent or guardian. Be kind, use it for learning, and know that a grown-up is always in charge of the account.

1. Who can use IQRA Kids

IQRA Kids is intended for children aged 3–12, used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Only a parent or guardian aged 18 or older may create and manage an account. By setting up an account, you confirm you are the child's parent or guardian and agree to these terms on the child's behalf.

2. The parent-controlled account

Children do not create their own accounts. The parent or guardian is responsible for the account, its settings, and keeping login details safe. You can change settings, choose which learning pillars are active, set time limits, and delete data at any time.

3. What IQRA Kids is for

IQRA Kids is for personal, family, and approved educational use — learning the Quran, Arabic letters, duas, stories and good character. Please don't use it to break the law, to harm others, or to try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app.

4. A safe space

We keep IQRA Kids ad-free, we don't sell children's data, and messaging is off by default. Please see our child safety commitments and child privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Content and updates

We work hard to keep lessons accurate and age-appropriate, and we improve the app over time. Features may be added, changed, or retired as IQRA Kids grows.

6. Payments

Where paid plans exist, pricing will be shown clearly before any purchase, and children can never trigger a payment on their own. There are no surprise charges and no pay-to-continue pressure inside the child experience.

7. Availability

We aim to keep IQRA Kids running smoothly but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. The current learning demo is a pilot preview and should be used with parent supervision.

8. Ending use

You may stop using IQRA Kids and delete your account and data at any time from the parent area. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or put children at risk.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we'll update this page and let parents know through the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
